The Association of Public and Land-grant Universities needed more than a photographer for their three-day annual conference. They wanted complete coverage that kept pace with the full program, plus professional headshots for hundreds of attendees, without pulling anyone away from the schedule.

Our team documented every day end to end: keynotes, breakout sessions, luncheons, and the networking in between. Running in parallel, we set up an on-site headshot studio so attendees could sit down between sessions and walk away with a polished, retouched portrait in minutes.
